The Bachelor in Management & Administration, to specialize in Human Resources

A 1, 2 or 3 year diploma course to specialize in management, financial management and human resources

Holders of a BAC can enter the 1st year Bachelor, holders of a BAC+1 the 2nd year Bachelor and those with a BAC+2 the 3rd year Bachelor.

The Bachelor’s degree welcomes students from a variety of backgrounds: BTS, RNCP level 5 qualifications, DUT, preparatory classes, Licence 2.

The objective of the Bachelor of Management and Financial Management is to deepen students’ knowledge in the major disciplines of management, management, and human resources, and to give them an opening and a global culture of the company. This program aims to train professionals who will develop managerial skills for a rapid assumption of responsibilities in an operational position. The different methods of management and human resources management covered will bring real added value to the arrival of our students on the job market.

The Manager carries out his activity in sedentary commercial units of independent or franchised businesses as well as in specialized or generalist mass distribution establishments.
It is also intended to enable any manager wishing to evolve within a company to master the tools and methods to be put in place in order to lead and develop a distribution network, and to be able to understand the HR issues that will arise.

Students will be able to complete the 3rd year programme in a sandwich course. The latter provides the basis for establishing a business strategy and for planning, managing and controlling a project.

All our final year Bachelor’s programs are specialized and professionalized to allow students to be fully operational once they arrive in a company.
