ID&AL group, founded in 2011 in Bordeaux by Édouard Myon and Pierre Vital, has nearly 100 employees and is present today in 4 regions (Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Pays de la Loire, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Île-de-France). The group having achieved in 2018 a booked turnover of 76.2M€, accompanies today 3700 customers in their real estate projects. An active partner in the training of tomorrow’s employees
Indeed, initially a sponsor of the Real Estate division in 2018, ID&AL group wished to take part in various ways in the events organized by the school during the year. The group will be present at Business Forums, Business Weeks and many other events bringing together students and professionals. They will also take part in the reflection on the development of the pedagogical programs of the Finance & Real Estate division, in order to promote the professional integration of the graduate students.
ID&AL Group’s ambition is to train students in the field so that they can develop skills in the various areas of expertise that make up the entire real estate chain. As a result, the staff will regularly distribute internship and work-study offers within the school’s network, according to their needs, directed towards students from the:
- MSc 2 Real Estate Management, MSc 2 Asset Management & Real Estate Markets, MSc 1 Real Estate Management
- Bachelor in Real Estate Transaction & Real Estate Merchants, Bachelor in Real Estate & Finance
- These offers will of course be accessible and open to students from other training courses offered by the school since the group has a Sales department as well as a Communication, Marketing and Human Resources department.
Real estate market requirements
Arnaud Akermann, the Human Resources Director, spoke about the criteria for recruiting a candidate: “A student who wishes to do an internship or a work-study program at ID&AL Group must meet certain requirements of the profession and the market. Indeed, the candidate must be able to differentiate himself by his creativity. In this respect, he/she must be as pragmatic and reactive as possible when faced with situations that are new to the real estate sector. The sense of relationship is an essential quality, as well as the team spirit, fundamental within a company. Being supportive of one’s colleagues and thinking in terms of a common performance strategy, rather than being self-centered, are part of the group’s expectations.
