Very interested in events, catering and high-end hotels, Sarah Corréard naturally decided to join INSEEC Chambéry to follow an MSc 1 Luxury. While working as a junior project manager at Vinatis Organisation, an event caterer based in the Grenoble area.
The speech is fluid, the words well chosen. Sarah knows where she wants to go :
” I decided to do the MSc 1 Luxury at INSEEC Chambéry, as I was mainly attracted by the management of elite clientele, especially in the high-end hotel and restaurant sector .
After her college years, Sarah went straight into the hotel and restaurant industry. She obtained a baccalaureate in hotel management, then a BTS specialized in marketing and hotel management, in Grenoble.
After this Bac+2, the student decided to focus more specifically on the commercial sector. She opted for a degree in marketing, in alternation, where she held the position of salesperson in a hotel restaurant. A first step that confirmed her desire to specialize even more.
” My dream ? Have my own establishment ! “
Since this year, and her arrival at the INSEEC Campus in Chambéry, Sarah has been working at Vinatis Organisation, an event caterer based in Grenoble.
” My main mission is the conception of events, from the writing of the estimate to the realization of it on the D-day. Several elements are also added to my job: customer care, logistics and communication “.
At INSEEC, she appreciates finding “external speakers who represent a real added value to the various exchanges”.
” INSEEC brings me mainly a better knowledge of the professional environment and the development of my knowledge, skills and competences in many professional fields, in connection with my sector of activities. ”
Thereafter, Sarah sets no limits for herself :
” I already know that the hotel, restaurant and event management sectors are the ones that correspond to me and the ones in which I would like to evolve in the future. My dream would be to eventually have my own establishment. At , I am counting on these two years of work-study to allow me to orientate my choices and to know exactly what field I am going to work in. “
